Supervisor Unidense

The Unidense® Technology is used primarily for loading catalyst in reformer tubes in plants producing ammonia, methanol and/or hydrogen (the so-called Syngas market). As licensor, we have granted the right to execute the Unidense® Technology and know-how to ten companies world-wide, including six companies that are part of the Mourik family, i.e.: Mourik International B.V., Mourik Inc., Mourik General Contractors Venezuela C.A., Mourik Caribbean N.V., CR Asia and Anabeeb.

We are looking for a supervisor to support our growth and ambitions for the upcoming years. As a supervisor at Unidense® Technology GmbH, your primary responsibility is to effectively manage worldwide projects. You will lead and direct personnel and other resources assigned to these projects while upholding the company’s safety and quality standards, ensuring business continuity and achieving financial results.

Your tasks

You will be part of the Unidense® team with our office located in Schwarzheide, Germany where three staff members give local support the operations team. The operations team exists of six Supervisors who work globally on projects where we use the Unidense® Technology. Your main responsibilities as a Supervisor will be:

• Use catalyst loading technologies for primary and steam reformer tubes
• Execute internal and external tube cleaning on primary reformer tubes
• Perform catalyst handling services
• Supervision of dense loading activities
• Lead and direct personnel and other resources effectively.
• Handle and monitor project administration, promptly reporting any deviations or safety incidents to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and execute project in accordance with the appropriate HSEQ procedures, optimizing safety behavior and safety awareness.
• Participate in incident investigations teams.
• Achieve optimum working methods and work cost-efficiently.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients.

Job requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong team player
• Willing to travel worldwide approximately one-third of the year
• Being able to work with hands, meaning performing maintenance and troubleshooting on the equipment in use during an ongoing job execution
• Confident in using MS office (here especially Excel and Word)
• Proficient in English
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Forklift certification
• Residing in or around the Dresden area would be beneficial
